Noel earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University. Her interest in medicine began while volunteering with Mountain Rescue Aspen, working as a ski patroller and EMT/firefighter. Before joining IGA, she practiced in nephrology, primary care, and urgent care.
She has lived in several parts of the country and has called Idaho home since 2020. Outside of work, Noel enjoys traveling, biking, playing pickleball, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with friends and family.
