Spencer has nearly two decades of experience in healthcare. He began his career in 2007 as a CNA in the Emergency Room. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University in 2012, he dedicated the next 12 years to emergency medicine, honing his skills in fast-paced clinical environments. In 2023, he earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Northwest Nazarene University and joined the team at IGA in 2025.
Spencer enjoys camping in his free time with his wife and five children.
